Jude Bellingham was back to winning Clasicos, and continued enjoying the victory over new rival Lamine Yamal on Instagram.
The English megastar scored Real Madrid's second goal in a 2-1 win over Barcelona that gave Los Blancos a five-point lead at the top of LaLiga.
Pre-match it was all about Yamal's comments that Madrid 'steal and complain' and post-match it was all about shoving it in the teen's face.
Dani Carvajal first made some talking gestures towards his Spain teammate, and then the subsituted Vinicius Jr flew out of his tunnel strop to do the same.
Match-winner Bellingham kept his distance as an almighty bust-up took off between the dugouts, probably because he'd already done his talking on the pitch.
Before scoring the goal that clinched the three points he had already assisted Kylian Mbappe's opener to make it four goals and two assists in eight Clasicos.
And taking to Instagram post-match, he targeted Yamal, who has rather taken his thunder in the fixture in recent years.
Seemingly referring to the Spanish winger's controversial pre-match comments, he wrote to his 40million followers: "Talk is cheap."
He then added: "HALA MADRID SIEMPRE!!!" which is the club's mantra.
If that wasn't enough, he then put the image on his story along with the Elvis Presley song 'A Little Less Conversation'.
Why don't Bellingham and Yamal like each other?
Bellingham's apparent dislike of Yamal didn't just come from his pre-match comments, but the pair have a very modern footballing rivalry.
Last season, Bellingham perhaps inadvertently kicked things off with a simple like.
Barca had control of the rivalry during a 2024/25 season in which they not only won LaLiga, the Copa del Rey and Supercopa, but also all four Clasicos that took place across those competitions.
In fact, Hansi Flick's side were on course for an historic treble, up until Inter Milan took them down in the Champions League semi-finals.
After a stunning 4-3 win for Inter (7-6 on aggregate), Italian defender Alessandro Bastoni uploaded a celebration photo of himself sitting Yamal down.
Bellingham liked the post, and the Spanish media made sure the act didn't go unnoticed by plastering it across their websites.
It was the final Clasico of the season just five days later, which Barca won 4-3 with Yamal scoring.
His response? An Instagram upload with the caption: "Like this one too."
Bellingham has now gotten his own back, but this rivalry will run and run with the 22-year-old Englishman 18-year-old Spain star.
He also may have settled another rivalry, with two of the pictures in his post showing Pedri struggling to keep up with him, a player he's often been compared unfavourably with.
Barca's take on the Lamine chaos
The Birmingham-born star wasn't the only one unhappy with Yamal's pre-match comments, as the Bernabeu whistled every touch of their countryman who was often swamped by defenders when in possession.
Discussing a meek performance post-match Barca's Marcus Sorg, who was standing in for the suspended Hansi Flick, admitted the atmosphere could've played a part.
"It could be that the whistles affected him. Maybe a little," he said.
"He's learning to deal with the crowd, the whistling… It's a process. It's true that he's normally very motivated, and today wasn't very easy for him.
"We talked at halftime about trying to find more one-on-one opportunities. They were better than us, we have to accept that. Sometimes defenders are good, and we have to accept that.
"I think he's coming off an injury. He needs rhythm, matches… It's normal. He's 18, and we have to give him time and help him.
"It's normal; opponents try everything against him, and they adapt to defend well. We have to work harder and help him get the best out of him on the pitch."
