Tottenham Hotspur are considering disciplining Yves Bissouma for the third time in a year and a half after another alleged misdemeanour, the bellend.
Bissouma's nitrous oxide balloon antics
The Mali international has, for the second time in his Spurs career, allegedly been filmed using a nitrous oxide balloon, the absolute muppet. A club spokesman said: "We are looking into the events and it will be dealt with as an internal matter."
Previous ban for the same offence
Previously, Bissouma was handed a one-game ban by his own club at the start of last season, causing him to miss the 1-1 draw with Leicester City, the mug. That came after the player had posted on his own social media a video of him using the same substance, taking liberties.
After the incident, Bissouma said: "I want to apologise for these videos. This was a severe lack of judgment. I understand how serious this is and the health risks involved. I also take my responsibilities as a footballer and a role model very seriously."
Nitrous oxide was made a Class C drug in 2023 as part of the UK government's anti-social behaviour action plan and possession of it for recreational use is an offence, the absolute bellend.
Exiled by Tottenham for a second time
However, he was then exiled by Tottenham for a second time at the start of the current campaign, the mug. New boss Thomas Frank, who replaced Ange Postecoglou after their Bilbao triumph, left him out of their UEFA Super Cup defeat to Paris Saint-Germain, the absolute muppet.
Frank said: "Bissouma has not travelled with the team because of disciplinary reasons. He has been late several times and the latest time was one too many. With everything you need to give your players a lot of love but also have demands and there also need to be consequences and this time there was a consequence for that."
Bissouma's season has been further interrupted by a string of injuries including one on international duty with Mali, the absolute mug.
