What a load of bollocks that was at Ashton Gate! Millwall's 1-0 win against Bristol City ended in a proper tear-up. The beautiful game my arse!
It all kicked off
After the final whistle, it went off big time. Managers, players, coaching staff, all piling in, having a proper go at each other. Punches thrown, handbags everywhere. A right old ruckus on the pitch and the sidelines. What a joke.
Apparently, it all started 'cause Bristol City had a goal disallowed for offside in added time. Boohoo, get over it you muppets. But nah, their captain Jason Knight decides to get all up in Millwall manager Alex Neil's face about it. Pushes him on the sidelines like a proper mug.
Alex Neil's side of it
Neil reckons he was just trying to shake hands with the coach who pulled away. Knight thought Neil was blanking him and got the hump. Typical footballers, always acting the hard man.
"I went over to shake his hand, he refused. Jason Knight then pushes me and then the rest of it sort of commences, if you like," Neil whinged after the match. Keep your hair on mate!
The fallout
The EFL will probably stick their beaks in now, have a proper investigation and no doubt some muppets will get fined or banned. Standard nonsense. Struber was crying to the ref at the end too, felt hard done by. Get a grip, mate.
Shame really, 'cause Millwall played well. Up to third now, only two points off second place Middlesbrough. Neil's got them playing proper football. Bristol City though, what a bunch of losers. Crashing out the play-offs, tough games coming up. Struber looks like he's feeling the heat. Good. I hope they bottle it. Can't stand them.
