F***ing Man U's next footy boss odds: 3/1 to take over after Amorim got the boot in 2021

Ruben Amorim has been given the boot by Manchester United. The bloke couldn't even secure a win against Leeds United, for crying out loud!

Who's next in line for the poisoned chalice?

Darren Fletcher is being touted as a potential replacement for Amorim. The bloke played over 200 games for Manchester United, but does that qualify him to manage the team? I'm not so sure.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is another name being thrown around. He was sacked as United boss back in 2021, but apparently that doesn't matter to the bookies.

Gareth Southgate is also in the mix. The England boss might fancy a crack at the Manchester United job, but I'm not convinced he's the right man for the job.

Oliver Glasner is another name being bandied about. The Crystal Palace boss has been linked with a move to the Premier League before, but I'm not sure he's got what it takes to manage a team like Manchester United.

Michael Carrick is also being mentioned as a potential replacement for Amorim. The former Manchester United midfielder has been working as a coach at the club since retiring from playing, but I'm not sure he's ready for the top job just yet.

Eddie Howe is another name being thrown into the mix. The Newcastle United boss has done a decent job at St James' Park, but I'm not convinced he's the right fit for Manchester United.

Thomas Tuchel is also being linked with the job. The German tactician has been out of work since being sacked by Chelsea, but I'm not sure he's the right man to take Manchester United forward.

Andoni Iraola is another name being mentioned. The Rayo Vallecano boss has done a decent job in Spain, but I'm not sure he's got what it takes to manage a team like Manchester United.

Enzo Maresca is also being touted as a potential replacement for Amorim. The Leicester City boss has done a decent job at the King Power Stadium, but I'm not sure he's ready for a move to Old Trafford just yet.

Kieran McKenna is another name being thrown around. The Ipswich Town boss has done a decent job at Portman Road, but I'm not convinced he's the right man for the Manchester United job.

Sebastian Hoeness is also being linked with the job. The Hoffenheim boss has done a decent job in Germany, but I'm not sure he's got what it takes to manage a team like Manchester United.

Xavi Hernandez is another name being mentioned. The Barcelona legend has done a decent job at the Camp Nou, but I'm not convinced he's the right fit for Manchester United.

In conclusion, there are plenty of names being thrown around as potential replacements for Ruben Amorim, but I'm not convinced any of them are the right fit for Manchester United. The club needs someone who can come in and turn things around quickly, but I'm not sure any of the names being mentioned are capable of doing that. It's going to be a tough job for whoever takes over, and I'm not sure any of the candidates being mentioned are up to the task. But hey, what do I know? I'm just a football thug who loves a good rant. FOOTBALL IS LIFE, MATE!
