Brighton's dominance at Old Trafford
The Seagulls made it look easy, smashing three goals past United's shambolic defence. Yankuba Minteh, Kaoru Mitoma, and Georginio Rutter all got on the scoresheet, while Bruno Fernandes' penalty was nothing but a consolation goal for the hosts.
Brighton have now won six out of their last seven Premier League meetings with United, dating back to May 2022. They've become only the second team in history to win three consecutive league matches at Old Trafford, with Manchester City achieving this feat twice before.
United's horror home record
United's home form has been absolutely shocking this season. They've lost four out of their last five home league matches, with their only win coming against bottom club Southampton. It's a bloody embarrassment, lads.
In fact, United have suffered their sixth home Premier League defeat of the season, their most from their opening 12 home matches of a league season since the 1893/94 season, when they lost seven of those games. What an absolute joke of a team they've become.
What next for United?
Ruben Amorim's side ended the weekend 13th in the table, with their tenth league defeat of the campaign. It's time for them to pull their socks up and start playing like a proper football team, or they'll be facing the wrath of the fans. The beautiful game deserves better than this shitshow.
