Premier League muppets are about to get fleeced as Topps return to take more of their hard-earned cash.
Fanatics are at it again
Those bellends at Fanatics, owned by some mug called Michael Rubin, are gearing up to launch their latest money-grabbing scheme - the 2025/26 Topps Premier League product. Collectors across the globe will be falling over themselves to get their hands on these overpriced pieces of cardboard featuring rookies and icons.
More autographs than ever before
Unlike Topps' Match Attax rubbish, this new set promises more autographs than ever before. Plus, there'll be plenty of parallels, both unnumbered and numbered (ranging from /499 to the hallowed 1/1). As if that makes any bloody difference!
All 20 Premier League clubs are in on the act
The biggest superstars in English football will be strutting their stuff in their brand-new kits for the 2025/26 campaign. Not only that, but they've also dragged out some old timers who used to be decent back in the day.
Chelsea's latest wonderkid is the one to watch
Everyone's going mental over Chelsea's new signing, Estevao. He had a decent run in the Club World Cup with Palmeiras, even scoring against the Blues in their quarter-final clash. His cards will have the 'RC' logo, and if you're lucky enough to get your hands on his 'Diamond Rookie' card, you'll be the envy of all your mates down the pub.
Chrome King cards and other nonsense
There are also going to be 'Chrome King' cards, highlighting the best players from the past with some of these being numbered and autographed. And if that wasn't enough, there'll be Semi-Rare Gold Lion cards, printed on shiny gold foil with a liquid-silver finish, and Premier Pull cards which represent a high-end Mega-Rare mini-chase set including current stars and legends. What a load of bollocks!
More inserts than you can shake a stick at
There are also a plethora of other inserts, including Perfect Storm, Heat Vision, Home Advantage, Headliner, Pro Precision, and Beast Mode. It's like they're just making this shit up as they go along!
Fanatics are changing the game
The grand opening of their new flagship store on London's Regent Street brought the capital to a standstill as Formula 1 icon Lewis Hamilton cut the ribbon. He then told tales from his career with fans surrounding him during an unboxing session with their 'Lights Out' set alongside Fanatics' billionaire founder Michael Rubin. I bet they were all taking liberties!
Something for every mug collector
The store even sells graded Panini and Pokemon cards so there's something for every collector, as well as their own UFC, NFL, NBA, MLB, Formula 1, and WWE collections. It's like a bloody candy store for muppets with more money than sense!
