The new England boss, Thomas Tuchel, ain't holding back. He's seen right through the crap and knows that the Three Lions were playing like they were scared shitless. What a joke!
They needed a last-minute wonder goal from Jude Bellingham just to get past Slovakia in the last 16. Can you believe that? England, one of the so-called giants of the beautiful game, relying on a moment of magic to avoid getting knocked out by a team of no-marks.
And don't even get me started on the final against Spain. England had 66% possession and couldn't even muster a shot on target until extra time. Pathetic!
Tuchel demands excitement and hunger from his players
Tuchel knows what's needed to turn this shower of shit around. He wants to see excitement, hunger and a team that other countries are afraid to face.
He's spot on when he says that the players went into their shells at Euro 2024. They were too busy worrying about not losing instead of going out there and grabbing the tournament by the balls.
It's about time England started playing like a team that believes they can win, instead of a bunch of lads who are just happy to be there.
The time for change is now
Tuchel's got his work cut out, but he's the right man for the job. He's not afraid to ruffle a few feathers and he'll make sure that the players know what's expected of them.
England fans have been waiting for a team to be proud of since 1966. It's time for this current crop of players to step up and deliver.
If Tuchel can get them playing with the excitement and freedom he's talking about, then there's no reason why England can't go all the way at the next World Cup.
But if they bottled it like they did at Euro 2024, then they'll be coming home early again. It's time for the lads to pull their fingers out and show the world what they're made of.
