Marco Silva left fuming
Marco Silva was absolutely fuming, and rightly so, after some knob of a fourth official got the wrong player subbed off at the Vitality Stadium. It's a bloody disgrace!
The incident
The whole shambles kicked off after 57 minutes when Silva wanted to make a triple change, starting with bringing Adama Traore on. But instead of showing the number 20 for Sasa Lukic, that bellend fourth official - Tim Robinson - showed the number 30 for Ryan Sessegnon. What an absolute mug!
Sessesgnon's confusion
Sessegnon looked proper confused as he came off the pitch, before Silva tried to get the ex-Tottenham lad back on to sort out the mess. But with Traore already on, ref Michael Oliver ruled Sessegnon had to stay on the bench, with the substitution done and dusted. Typical bloody ref decision that, absolutely taking the piss!
Fulham's defeat
It's no surprise that this crap decision didn't help Fulham, who fell to a 1-0 defeat against the Cherries. Silva was left perplexed, and who can blame him? The officials couldn't organize a piss-up in a brewery.
Gallagher's explanation
That wanker Dermot Gallagher tried to make sense of it all on The Sports Bar, saying the substitution was complete and irrevocable once Sessegnon left and Traore came on. Well, isn't that just a load of old bollocks? Refs hiding behind the rules again, trying to cover their own arses.
The beautiful game is being ruined by these useless twats in charge. They couldn't referee a kids' game without cocking it up. It's a bloody joke, and something needs to be done about it before they completely destroy footy as we know it. What a bunch of muppets!
