Alright, listen up you muppets! Those bloody Gunners are headin' to the Bernabeu tonight to finish off their Champions League quarter-final tie against those Spanish twats, Real Madrid.
Now, we all know the Gunners got knocked out at this stage last season by those German bellends, Bayern Munich. But this time, they've got a 3-0 lead, so they'd better not fuck it up!
The home advantage bollocks
Apparently, history ain't on the Gunners' side. The home team usually has the upper hand in these second-leg matches. But who gives a toss about history? Arsenal guaranteed their home advantage against PSV, but it didn't even matter 'cause they smashed 'em 7-1 away!
But now, in some proper mental turn of events, those jammy gits at Real Madrid get to play the second leg at home. Ain't that just takin' the piss?
Why the hell are Arsenal playin' away second?
Well, it turns out that UEFA are a bunch of muppets who can't organise a piss-up in a brewery. They did some random draw that decided Arsenal would play both the quarter-final and semi-final (if they make it) at home first. What a load of bollocks!
So, if Arsenal manage to finish off Real Madrid, they'll still have to deal with Paris Saint-Germain havin' home advantage in the semis. It's all a bit of a kick in the teeth, innit?
Martin Keown, who was at the draw with the Arsenal lot, reckons the whole format is a joke. He argued with the bloke who made the rules, sayin' there should be some benefit to finishin' in the top eight. But apparently, the competition organisers don't give two shits about that.
Keown thinks it's a "very cheap thing to do" and takes away from the whole point of the Champions League. And you know what? He's bloody right! It's a disgrace, mate. A fucking disgrace.
But anyway, enough of my rantin'. Let's just hope Arsenal don't bottle it tonight and give those Madrid wankers a proper thrashin'! Come on you Gunners!
