Parker linked with unexpected Prem move after Burnley promotion shit

Scott Parker, that mug who's just got Burnley back in the Premier League, is now being linked with a return to Tottenham. What a load of bollocks!

Parker's defensive record

Yeah, he's done it three times now, getting teams promoted from the Championship. But let's be real, the football he plays is dire. It's all defense, defense, defense. Sure, Burnley only conceded 15 goals, but who cares when the football is as dull as dishwater?

Could Parker handle a big club?

Apparently, Spurs might ditch Ange Postecoglou even if he wins them the Europa League. And now muppets like Jamie O'Hara are suggesting Parker could take over. Give me a break! Just because he used to play for Spurs doesn't mean he's got what it takes to manage them.

Sure, O'Hara reckons Parker's a "top bloke" with great speeches. But that doesn't mean he can cut it at the highest level. His record in the Premier League is bloody awful – he's never even finished a full season after getting promoted!

And don't even get me started on his stint at Club Brugge. What a disaster that was! He's been out of the game for over a year before rocking up at Burnley.

Is it too soon for Parker?

Even O'Hara admits it might be a bit early for Parker to take on a club like Tottenham. You're bloody right it is! He needs to prove himself in the top flight first, not just jump straight into a big job because he's got connections at the club.

And let's be honest, Spurs have been a shambles this season. They're on track for their worst finish since 1977. Do they really want to risk making things even worse by appointing Parker? I don't think so.

Look, I'm not saying Parker is a terrible manager. He's clearly got something about him to keep getting teams promoted. But managing in the Premier League is a whole different ball game. And managing a club like Tottenham, with all the expectations and pressure that comes with it? That's another level entirely.

So, while it's all well and good for muppets like O'Hara to spout off about how much they like Parker and his "identity", the reality is he's just not ready for a job like Spurs. He needs to prove himself in the top flight first, plain and simple.

Until then, all this talk of him taking over at Tottenham is just a load of hot air. He might be a Claret now, but he's not ready to be a Lilywhite again just yet. End of story.
