Al Hilal are on the hunt for a new gaffer before the Club World Cup, and they've got their beady eyes on Marco Silva and Nuno Espirito Santo. Even that mug José Mourinho is being considered by the Saudi club, but they haven't had the bollocks to make an official approach yet.

Al Hilal's Managerial Wishlist

Word on the street is that the club are also thinking about former Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri, Inter Milan's Simone Inzaghi, and Real Madrid's Carlo Ancelotti. But Ancelotti will only be in the running if he doesn't end up as the Brazil manager.

Al Hilal are looking to get their new manager in sharpish, with the Club World Cup kicking off on June 15. They're planning to draw up a two-man shortlist and extend an offer by mid-May.

Jorge Jesus' Emotional Exit

Al Hilal are after a new boss following Jorge Jesus' departure after a 3-1 defeat to Al Ahli in the AFC Champions League Elite semi-finals. The 70-year-old wrote a soppy message on Instagram after getting the boot, thanking the club and everyone involved in the "unforgettable journey".

Forest fans will be hoping Al Hilal keep their grubby mitts off Nuno, given the cracking job he's done at the City Ground. After steering them clear of relegation last season, Forest are now on course for European football for the first time in 30 years.

Silva has also done a decent job at Fulham, helping them stay up in the Premier League after years of yo-yoing between the top flight and the Championship. His work at Craven Cottage has even earned him links with a move to Tottenham if Ange Postecoglou gets the chop.

As for Mourinho, it's not the first time he's been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia. He was targeted by Al-Qadsiah last year and there were also reports he'd been offered a shedload of cash to take over as the Saudi national team coach.

Mourinho would undoubtedly bring plenty of attention given his standing in the game, having won 26 major trophies, including two Champions League titles. But he might not be adding to his trophy cabinet this season as his Fenerbahce side are eight points behind Turkish Super League leaders Galatasaray with four games left.
