Listen up, you muppets! That bellend Will Ferrell was spotted at the Manchester United and Leeds pre-season friendly, and it's got me all riled up!
Ferrell's Love for Leeds
Last year, this mug Ferrell decided to splash some cash and buy a minority stake in Leeds' ownership group. Now he's strutting around like he owns the place, showing up to watch his team prepare for life back in the Premier League.
The Match
The cameras caught Ferrell in the corporate boxes, puffing out his chest and pointing to his t-shirt like some sort of prima donna. The shirt said "I ♥ Gnesta," which apparently went down well with the crowd. I don't know what's worse, the fact that he's trying to fit in with the locals or that the fans actually fell for it. Pathetic.
Ferrell's Swedish Connection
Turns out, Ferrell's wife is Swedish, and they spend a lot of time in the country. That explains the stupid t-shirt. I bet he thinks he's one of us now, but he'll never be a true footy fan like me.
The Game Itself
The match was a load of bollocks, ending in a 0-0 draw. The only exciting thing was Ferrell's antics in the crowd. United's new signing, Matheus Cunha, made his debut but couldn't find the net. Surprising, right? Not.
Looking Ahead
Ferrell will probably be hoping for more goals when he attends his next Leeds game. The team is looking to make a mark in the Premier League after being promoted from the Championship last season. As for Ferrell, he can take his money and shove it where the sun don't shine. He'll never understand the beautiful game like we do.
