Ruben Amorim, that bellend in charge of Manchester United, was feeling pretty chuffed with himself despite his team getting battered by Arsenal. What a mug!
Amorim's delusions of grandeur
The so-called "tactical genius" watched his lads get smashed 1-0 at Old Trafford in their opening match of the Premier League 2025/26 season. Riccardo Calafiori's header was enough to put those muppets in their place.
Amorim's record is a bloody joke - 18 defeats in 43 matches since he took over in November last year. But he's still talking bollocks, claiming there were "positives" to take from the game. Mate, you lost at home, give your head a wobble!
Amorim's comedic assessment
After the match, this clown Amorim started spewing some nonsense about his team being "more aggressive" and "brave". What game was he watching? United were toothless, lacking any cutting edge.
He even had the audacity to claim his team "were not boring". Not boring? They didn't even score a goal! I suppose watching paint dry isn't boring either, according to this moron.
Fans reaction to Amorim's delusions
Unsurprisingly, Amorim's comments divided fans on social media. Some supporters called him out on his BS, reminding him that winning is the most important thing. Mate, you're paid to win, not put on a circus act!
But some United fans, probably still drunk from the weekend, actually agreed with Amorim's assessment. One muppet even claimed "the points will come". Keep dreaming, pal!
United's fall from grace
Let's be real, United were a shambles last season. Their 15th place finish was their lowest in 35 years, and their measly 42 points was their worst haul since 1973/74. Relegation form, that is!
And to top it off, they couldn't even win the Europa League, losing to Tottenham in the final. Amorim needs to pull his finger out and stop chatting rubbish if he wants to avoid another disastrous campaign.
