Laura Woods, the former footy show host, has finally opened up about her bloody terrifying ordeal with a stalker.
In 2024, some crazy bitch named Harneet Kaur got a 14-month prison sentence and a restraining order that bans her from going within 500 metres of Woods' property. About bloody time, I say!
Kaur was found guilty of harassment and stalking after threatening to kill Woods' dog and sending her an STI kit in the post, along with years worth of disturbing messages. What a psycho!
Woods told The Telegraph: "For three years, she would go to extreme lengths to make my life very uncomfortable. There were birthday cards that would say, 'Today's the day you were born and tonight's the night you're going to die.'"
Kaur even called the police and said she had seen Woods being dragged into her house by a man with a knife. What a load of bollocks!
The 38-year-old added: "In 2023, I was in Poland, covering Oleksandr Usyk's fight with Daniel Dubois, and she emailed me while I was on air. It was a video of my front door and a message, saying, 'I know you've got three cameras in your house.'"
Woods said it was terrifying and changed the way she felt about London. She felt very exposed living on her own with her dog. Poor lass!
TNT Sports presenter Woods, who presented our Breakfast Show between 2020 and 2023, now lives with fiancee Adam Collard and their first-born child. Good for her!
The couple welcomed a son, Leo Ernie, in January 2024 – months after getting engaged. Let's hope they live happily ever after without any more stalkers!
