Football is back with a bang, and last night we saw some proper graft on the pitch, including a belting winner, and now it's time for another footy-filled Wednesday night!
McCoist's Muppets: Mbappe, Foden and Kane all to score - was 23/4 NOW 15/2
Ally McCoist's so-called "Marksmen" won at 13/1 on Tuesday night as Salah, Raphinha and Alvarez all found the net in the Champions League. But let's be real, they were just lucky punts, nothing special.
1. Mbappe to score against RB Salzburg
Mbappe has been decent for Real Madrid, scoring 12 in 18 appearances as they've gone top of the table. Big deal. He's netted twice in the Champions League so far and should get chances against the Austrian side, but Salzburg aren't exactly world-beaters, sitting fifth in their league. Real Madrid should have a field day, but let's not get too excited.
2. Foden to score against PSG
Foden has bounced back to form just as Man City are starting to look like they actually want to play football. City and PSG have been utter garbage in the Champions League this season, barely clinging on to avoid an early exit. City's 6-0 win over Ipswich was hardly a challenge, and Foden should play a part as he continues his bounce back, but let's see if he can do it against a proper team.
3. Kane to score against Feyenoord
Bayern Munich looked like they were in the mud with one win and two losses in their first three games, but they've since won three on the trot. Kane has been consistent for Munich, netting a goal per game on average this season. He's scored two penalties in the last three outings, but let's be honest, anyone can score a penalty. Kane needs to step up and prove himself in open play.
So there you have it, McCoist's muppets for Wednesday night's footy. Don't get your hopes up, because as we all know, football is a fickle mistress, and these overpaid prima donnas are just as likely to bottle it as they are to score. But hey, that's the beautiful game for you.
