Those muppets at Plymouth Argyle have only gone and fluked their way into a dream tie against Liverpool in the fourth round of the FA Cup this weekend. Can you Adam and Eve it?

Plymouth's shock win over Brentford

The Pilgrims somehow managed to nick a 1-0 win away at Premier League outfit Brentford in the third round. No doubt the Bees were taking liberties, thinking they could just turn up and roll over the League One minnows. Well, the lads from Home Park made them look like right mugs, didn't they?

Liverpool's easy route to the fourth round

Meanwhile, Liverpool had a right cakewalk against Accrington Stanley, putting four past them without reply. Typical of the big clubs, dodging the proper tests and breezing through to the next round. Where's the romance in that?

Other notable fourth round ties

Some of the other ties thrown up for the fourth round include Manchester United hosting Leicester in a battle of the Red Devils' current and former managers. Amorim vs Van Nistelrooy - now there's a proper dust-up waiting to happen. Those two will be at each other's throats faster than you can say "hairdryer treatment".

Chelsea also face a tricky trip to Brighton. The Seagulls are no mugs, they'll give the Blues a right good going over on the south coast. Should be a proper tear-up.

And in a rematch of their fiery league encounters, Leeds United and Millwall will be kicking lumps out of each other at Elland Road. I wouldn't fancy being a linesman running the gauntlet in that one. They'll need danger money.

The magic of the FA Cup

So the fourth round has all the makings of another classic FA Cup weekend, with plenty of potential for giant-killings, upsets and good old-fashioned needle. Long may the magic of the cup continue. It's what the beautiful game is all about - giving the underdogs a shot at the big time and putting a few big club noses out of joint.

Never mind VAR and all that rubbish, the FA Cup is where proper football lives on. Here's to more blood and thunder encounters, and a few minnows making fools of the elite. That's the stuff that gets the pulse racing and the lungs bursting. Bring it on!
