Roy Keane, that bellend, reckons Manchester United "got out of jail" against Leicester City in the FA Cup. The muppet thinks the Red Devils were lucky to get away with a win, thanks to that mug Harry Maguire's last-minute header.
Keane's Rant on United's Performance
Keane, always the charmer, had a right go at United's performance. "Shocking, really, really poor," he ranted. "You feel like you should go in that dressing room and remind the players what the game's about."
The former United hardman also had a pop at the lack of energy from his old club. "No energy, there's no energy in the stadium," he moaned. "Someone's waiting for something to happen so the players go and make something happen."
Leicester's Unlucky Exit
Leicester fans must be gutted. Replays showed Maguire was offside when Bruno Fernandes floated the free-kick into the box. But VAR wasn't in use, so they're out of the cup thanks to a goal that shouldn't have counted. Bollocks.
Keane, never one to mince his words, said: "That's just a poor decision. We talk about VAR, but the linesman's got to see that, has to see that."
United's Boring Display
Keane also had a go at United for being "boring now". They only managed two shots on target against Crystal Palace and none in the first half against Leicester.
"You start looking at this United team for all the stats, again no shot on target," he said. "They're really... Actually, they're boring now."
Lucky Escape for United
In the end, United got away with it. But Keane reckons they "rode their luck". He said: "Leicester were getting plenty of joy out there. We saw two bad teams out there tonight and any team with a bit more quality than Leicester would have got the job done."
So, there you have it. Keane's not happy, United were lucky, and Leicester were robbed. Just another day in the beautiful game, eh?
