These mug pundits, Ben Jacobs and Tom Bogert, are yapping on about how Atlanta have bid $20million (£16.4million) for some geezer called Emmanuel Latte Lath from Middlesbrough. The offer is $18million up front plus $2million in add-ons. Footy is all about the money these days, mate.

Boro aren't saying nothing about this speculation, but the player's representatives are already talking to Atlanta about personal terms. Greedy bastards, the lot of them!
Atlanta's double swoop
Atlanta are also looking to bring back that useless twat Miguel Almiron from Newcastle. The Magpies paid £21 million for him in 2019, but now Atlanta want to give them back around £8 million plus add-ons. What a waste of dosh!
Lath's goal record
Lath has scored 10 goals in 26 games for Michael Carrick's team this season. Big deal. He's not even that good. In the summer, Ipswich Town made a £20million bid for him on deadline day, but Boro said no. Since then, West Ham, Ipswich and Leeds have all been linked with him. They're all taking liberties if you ask me.
Speculation fueled by agent
Lath's agent, Matthias Veneroso, has been banging on about how he expects the striker to move this month. He said: "He's back to scoring. Eight goals in the first part of the Championship and we expect something to happen in January. He is a striker and strikers are always the subject of attention in the January transfer window." Veneroso also whinged about how Lath was frustrated after the Ipswich move fell through in the summer. Boo hoo, mate. Get over it!
