Rio: Mbappe made Pep bottle it, breaking records as City boss!

What a load of bollocks! Kylian Mbappe absolutely destroyed Manchester City, leaving Guardiola and his team absolutely clueless. The French lad was on fire, scoring a cracking hat-trick and making Los Blancos look like a bunch of muppets. Real Madrid won 3-1 and 6-3 overall, knocking City out of the Champions League before they even had a chance to get their footy kit on.

Mbappe's masterclass leaves City in tatters

Mbappe's performance was so good, it had Guardiola scratching his head and wondering what the hell just happened. The City boss had never been eliminated from the Champions League before the last-16 stage in his entire career, but Mbappe and Real Madrid made sure that record went down the toilet.

City's earliest exit from the competition since the 2012/13 season, when they couldn't even make it out of the group stage, proves that they're not as invincible as they think they are. With 13 losses across all competitions this season, Guardiola's team has broken his own record for the most defeats in a single campaign. What a bunch of losers!

Rio Ferdinand calls out City's lack of confidence

Even Rio Ferdinand, who's usually full of crap, had to admit that City looked like they were ready to throw in the towel. The former Manchester United defender said that Real Madrid were "a formidable team, clicking into gear" while City were "lacking any kind of confidence." It's about time someone told the truth about this overrated team.

Guardiola, being the sore loser that he is, had no choice but to accept the result. He said, "After we conceded the goal in the first action we didn't defend well, it was more and more difficult. We have to accept it, the best team won so congratulations to Real Madrid. Now we focus on the Premier League."

Meanwhile, Mbappe was all smiles after the match, saying that Real Madrid's victory was "only logical" and that they "wanted to qualify for the next round." The French forward, who's been on fire since joining Los Blancos, added, "I want to write history with Real Madrid. The adaptation period for me has ended and now I have to show my quality."

With Real Madrid set to face either Bayer Leverkusen or Atletico Madrid in the last-16, City's only hope for silverware this season is the FA Cup. Good luck with that, you're gonna need it!
